    Incident: AI Assistant Not Visible We are currently investigating an issue where the AI Assistant interface is not appearing as expected, preventing access and interaction. Impact: The AI Assistant is not displayed in the user interface. Status: Investigating Next Update: We will provide an update within 30–60 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.     We are working with MongoDB technical support to restore services. It's taking longer than expected to return to normal activity.

    We’ve escalated the issue to the MongoDB team. The escalation manager has confirmed they are actively working with their internal teams and will provide a resolution as soon as possible. We are closely monitoring and will share updates as we receive them.
