Update timeline

  1. identified Mar 24, 2026, 04:48 PM UTC

We’re seeing a delay in Google Play download data from March 20 onward. Updates are still coming through fine and are up to date through March 23. This is stemming from Google’s side, so we’re keeping an eye on it and waiting for the missing days to be released. We’ll update here as soon as things catch up.

  2. identified Mar 25, 2026, 04:55 PM UTC

Google has now released download data through March 21. We’re still seeing a slight delay, which is unusual, so we’ll keep monitoring until things are fully caught up.

  3. monitoring Mar 27, 2026, 03:57 PM UTC

Google has now been releasing download data one day at a time - the latest date with downloads is March 23rd. As a result, the data is a few days behind in Appfigures as well. Updates continue to be up to date. We’ve reached out to Google about this unusual delay and will share updates as we hear more.

  4. monitoring Mar 30, 2026, 03:40 PM UTC

Download data from Google is now available through March 26, and we’ll keep pulling in new data as it’s released. Once we hear back from Google about the delay, we'll hopefully have more info on what to expect going forward. We’ll share updates as soon as we know more.

  5. monitoring Apr 06, 2026, 03:46 PM UTC

Download data from Google is now available through April 4, and we’re continuing to pull in new data as it’s released. Google has confirmed they’re investigating the delay. We’ll share more as soon as we hear back.

  6. monitoring Apr 07, 2026, 01:58 PM UTC

Download data from Google is now available through April 5, and we’re continuing to pull in new data as it’s released. We’re also seeing a new issue where Google’s monthly reports are missing download data from March 29–31. The dates are present and updates are included, but downloads are reported as zero across those days. As a result, downloads in Appfigures will also show as zero for that period. We’ll be reaching out to Google about the missing data, as it may be related to the ongoing dashboard delays. We’ll share updates as we learn more.

  7. monitoring Apr 10, 2026, 05:41 PM UTC

Google has regenerated the March monthly reports. We’re kicking off a re-import for all accounts and will let you know once it’s complete and the data has been updated.

  8. monitoring Apr 13, 2026, 07:57 PM UTC

We’ve re-imported the March monthly reports from Google, so data for March 29th - 31st should now be available for all accounts. If you’re still seeing missing downloads for those dates, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll take another look. Google has also mostly resolved the delay affecting recent days. At this point, data is typically about one day behind. Previously, “yesterday’s” data was available in the dashboard, but it's still missing in the Google dashboard. We’re working with Google to confirm whether that will return to normal, as well. We’ll share any updates as we hear more.

  9. resolved Apr 24, 2026, 09:24 PM UTC

Over the past few weeks, Google’s daily download data has been noticeably delayed. Google has now confirmed that its dashboard will report download data with a two-day delay. This means that yesterday’s data will no longer be available from Google going forward. Revenue data for yesterday is not affected and will continue to be available as usual. This is a change on Google's side, so it affects all tools that rely on its reporting. We’ll be monitoring for any changes and are actively looking for more real-time reporting alternatives.
