    We are currently experiencing an issue where ordering with Bidfood NL is failing. The issue has been identified on the supplier’s side. Orders cannot be successfully submitted at this time. Our team is in direct contact with Bidfood NL and working closely with them to restore ordering as quickly as possible.

    There is a global outage of some core service providers (e.g. Cloudflare) for internet services. This is impacting almost all SaaS services on the internet including Apicbase. Many components are affected.

    Cloudflare seems to be operational again. All Apicbase functionalities are operational again. Our Infrastructure team will investigate ways to limit exposure to such global incidents in the future.

    We are currently investigating a problem with embedded dashboards not loading for customers. As it seems to affect all dashboards this means all dashboards in the Insights Hub but also locally embedded one's throughout the software. First analysis seems to suggest the issue is not on the Apicbase side but with our service provider powering the dashboards. Our teams are in close contact and actively trying to identify the issue.

    We have identified that the issue is not at the Apicbase side but indeed at our service provider. This means our teams cannot actively resolve the issue but we are in close contact with our service provider to get the dasboards up and running again as soon as possible.

    Some customers are experiencing issues when placing orders. Our teams are aware of the issue and are investigating. First investigations indicate it is browser/cache related so we suggest trying in another browser.
