    Users unable to upload images in Diary/Planner, Insight data also experiencing issues. This appears to be due to a Google Cloud Service outage. We are aware of this issue and the team are looking into it.

    We’re investigating an issue where some users are unable to access their projects and are seeing an Unexpected Error page when trying to open them. Signing out and back in has resolved the issue for some users while we work on a fix. We’ll share another update shortly.

    We've identified an issue where creating a subfolder from the Gantt can cause other folders without tasks to disappear. To prevent further impact, we've temporarily removed the + Add Folder button from the overflow menu on the Gantt View while we work on a fix. You can continue creating Folders and Subfolders from the Folder page within Project Assets. We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as we can. We’ll share another update shortly.
