    Users unable to upload images in Diary/Planner, Insight data also experiencing issues. This appears to be due to a Google Cloud Service outage. We are aware of this issue and the team are looking into it.

    This issue has been resolved and users can now upload Drawing location images/PDFs, Diary images and access information in Insight. Thank you for bearing with us whilst we worked through this.
