We are aware of and investigating an issue where users attempting to access Administrator Reports are seeing long load times culminating in a "We'll be right back" message. For mCLASS users with System and/or Reporting access, please use the mCLASS program options from your Content menu to access that platform. If you select an mCLASS program from Educator Home, it will redirect you to Administrator Reports and you will experience the issue described above. Our Product and Engineering teams are working diligently to find a root cause and implement a fix for this issue right now. Thank you so much for your patience!

Between 11:16-11:27am ET, we saw a spike in error rates that would have manifested in time outs or error messages in mCLASS applications. Due to high latency, mCLASS applications were throwing errors affecting Teacher-led Assessment, Student Online Assessment, and Classroom Reporting. We scaled up the service at 11:06am ET. Right now, mCLASS users should not be seeing errors related to this incident. We will continue to monitor. If you continue experiencing issues related to the above mCLASS applications, please contact our Support Team. Long loading times and error messages in Administrator Reports still persist. Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate this issue.

A segment of mCLASS users are encountering issues in the Teacher-led assessment app and Classroom Reporting experience. For the Teacher-led Assessment app: Some educators with Standard, Reporting, Enrollment and System permission levels are unable to access the Teacher-led Assessment app. For Classroom Reporting: Educators with System, Enrollment, and/or Reporting permission levels, who have access to multiple schools with multiple classes and students, are unable to view Classroom Reporting. Our Product and Engineering teams have verified these errors and are working to implement fixes for these issues as expediently as possible. We understand the impact of these disruptions during your Beginning of Year testing window. Please know that resolving these issues is a top priority for Amplify. Our phone service provider has implemented a fix and is monitoring results. Our support agents, however, are still experiencing issues logging into our phone service provider's user portal, which is preventing them from connecting with the phone platform itself. As a result, you may be able to connect with our Support numbers and then find yourself in a holding pattern. We are continuing to troubleshoot these issues and report them back to our phone service provider. We will post another update once we have confirmed successful phone connectivity.
