Some customers might have experienced an issue while loading the customer portal between 10:18 AM PST and 10:45 AM PST. We have now resolved the issue and the portal should be loading normally. We are continuing to monitor the services for any abnormalities.

Management Portal and API Service had intermittent connectivity issues with the database, because of which both services were unavailable intermittently. Our internal alerts fired starting at 10:18 AM PST, indicating this issue. We have fully resolved the issue by 10:45 AM PST. Reach out to Alkira Support if you have any questions.
