Hello, Aiwyn found this morning that there were complications with some clients making payments in the online payment portal. This was not affecting all users, but any users that were affected should have no issue retrying their payment in the portal now. All clients that have reached out to Aiwyn's Support team are being updated as well. Our team is currently looking into the causation of this issue so we can prevent this in the future. Hello, Thank you for your patience while our team reviewed this occurrence. An event that happened this morning at 4:00am est caused an unexpected error to be received when some clients made payments through the online payment portal until the resolution was put in place at 9:50am est. Our team was able to find the source of the error, implement an immediate fix, and the longterm resolution is currently being rolled out as well.
