    We experienced a technical issue that temporarily prevented a subset of users from submitting payments through the PayNow platform. Users attempting to submit payments may have encountered the following error message: “ERROR for site owner.” The issue has been identified and resolved. Payment functionality has been fully restored, and clients are now able to submit payments as usual.
