Upon release of the latest iTimekeep mobile applications (24.1.1) as part of incremental bugfixes, the development team was alerted to a certificate issue in that version which causes connectivity issues when communicating with iTimekeep core services. The team is working with the mobile app marketplaces to resolve the issue. Customers who have not upgraded to 24.1.1 should remain on their current version until the issue is resolved. The team will continue to update the status as we have new information. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience. A new bugfix version of iTimekeep (v24.1.2) has been released and is available on both iOS and Android app marketplaces. Users who had previously upgraded to v24.1.1 and experienced connectivity issues should upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible. Please communicate any issues or concerns via the normal support channels.
