At 8:20PM CST monitoring reported a network routing issue that took approximately 4 minutes. We have confirmed all network paths are operational and our WAN infrastructure is working as expected. We have requested netops at ELK to review what caused the network failover. We are continuing to monitor the network at this time and are fully operational.
