ACME experienced service disruption that impacted the ACME Sales (POS) and ACME AC (Access Control) application(s). ACME eCommerce and Backoffice remained operational. Our engineering team identified the issue was from a load-balancing server in a bad state and removed it from rotation. The issue was resolved at 7:22 AM PDT.
