Starting on 2025-08-21, Abnormal began experiencing a degradation of the Fedramp Abnormal Portal where customers may experience intermittent access issues. Detection and Remediation is not impacted as part of this incident. Our engineers continue to investigate the root cause of this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing.

As of 00:17 UTC on August 22nd, Abnormal's engineering team has fully resolved the login issues affecting customers in our Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program environment. All customers should now be able to access the Abnormal Security Portal normally. Email detection and remediation services remained fully operational throughout this incident.
