We are currently investigating an issue where some users are encountering "Unauthorized" errors when accessing 6sense via the Salesforce (SI iframe) integration. Our investigation indicates that this is likely related to recent Salesforce platform updates impacting how embedded components and authentication flows are handled within the iframe environment. Our engineering teams are actively working on implementing a fix to ensure full compatibility. We will continue to provide updates as we make progress toward a permanent resolution.

We have implemented a fix for this issue. Our engineering team has updated the package framework to ensure full compatibility with the latest platform requirements. Customers should now be able to access the 6sense iframe as expected. If you continue to experience issues, please ensure that you are on the latest package version (v4.2).
