Customers may experience delays in receiving alerts until the issue is resolved.       We are currently investigating an issue impacting score exports through Orchestrations and Workflows. As a result, score updates may not be reflected in connected CRM systems for our customers. Our Engineering team is actively working to restore normal functionality as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

      Score exports have resumed and are being processed successfully. Some customers may still observe instances where the UI does not yet reflect the latest export status. This is limited to status visibility and does not impact the underlying export processing. Our Engineering team is actively working to address the remaining UI visibility issue and we are continuing to monitor the recovery closely.
