We are currently investigating issues that appears to be stemming from WISEdata that is affecting the ability to view Students in SEEDS.

The connection errors experienced earlier this morning to WISEdata were caused by regular maintenance on the WISEdata servers that took longer than normal. While that was still ongoing, we disabled the WISEdata integration so that SEEDS would continue to operate. That remedy was put into place at approximately 7:45 AM. At approximately 8:40 AM, the WISEdata integration was turned back on once receiving the all-clear that WISEdata was responding as expected. Everything has been responding as expected since we turned everything back on to the normal operating state.
