We are currently seeing connection timeouts between SEEDS4Schools and WISEdata. This is causing timeouts when attempting to view Student Records within SEEDS4Schools. To help improve the situation, we have disabled communication to WISEdata to allow SEEDS4Schools to not be affected by these timeouts. We will provide more details as we have them available to return service back to normal.

We have been able to turn back on the WISEdata connection from SEEDS4Schools as we saw the slowness and timeouts disappear. While we weren't able to identify a specific source of the slowness and timeouts, one possible reason could have been some network connectivity issues in a large data center in the Eastern United States around the same time we were seeing these difficulties. Everything has been running smoothly for nearly 2 hours now and we haven't seen a return of the slowness experienced this morning. Thanks for your patience while we investigated this and turned WISEdata integration back on.
