We have identified an unexpected change in a connection to a partner service, which appears to be causing this outage. Our developers are designing a candidate fix.

The fix has been partially effective, but some features of the Touch App Sync are still broken. We are tracking down the remaining bugs for systematic squishing. It shouldn't be long.
