Our PDF generation service, which is responsible for creating PDFs to preview and print documents, is currently not working reliably. We are looking into a possible cause. In the meantime, printing or previewing documents may result in a timeout error.

An unresponsive document generator was removed from service, and performance has stabilized. Things should be working better now, and we're keeping an eye on it to see if any additional tweaks are needed.
