    We are currently experiencing an issue that is affecting manual Contact Imports within Concierge. Please note that CSV imports via email and SFTP are not impacted and continue to function normally. However, manual uploads may fail to process at this time. Our engineering team is actively working on a fix to restore full functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide further updates as they become available.
