We have identified that the degraded performance is affecting inbound and outbound NPP payments from within an upstream Financial Institutions environment. Further information will be posted here once known.

Further to NPP payment processing being affected, it has been advised that the connectivity issue is also affecting the sending and receiving of BECS files. - Users will see a delay in processing inbound and outbound NPP payments - DE payments if not processed by the Financial Institutions environment by the last cut-off time today may potentially be delayed We apologise for the inconvenience caused, we will provide an update with further information once know.

The upstream Financial Institutions connectivity issue has been identified and we are seeing NPP payments intermittently processing. We are currently monitoring our systems for a full recovery.

This incident has been resolved by our upstream Financial Institution and we can confirm that all pending outbound NPP payments have been processed. DE payment files have also been submitted prior to the end-of-day cut-off time. A PIR will be distributed by [email protected] within 2 business days.
