    We have received a bulletin to confirm that an OFI is experiencing an issue impacting Inbound and Outbound NPP payments. The affected institution is working on resolving this issue as a matter of priority. Further updates will be provided when made available.

    The affected institution has advised the issue they were experiencing is now resolved. - Singular Outbound payments are still in the backlog and will show in a ‘processing’ status; - If you have Inbound payments that are not visible in Zepto/ your account, please contact [email protected] or your Account Manager to advise. We are monitoring the processing of pending Outbound payments and will advise of an update shortly.
