    We are seeing intermittent degraded performance affecting Outbound and Inbound NPP payments. Zepto is working internally and with any applicable external parties on identifying the root cause. Further updates will be provided on this page within an hour's time. Affected Region: AU

    We have been advised by our upstream Financial Institution that there is degraded performance affecting outbound NPP transactions in their environment. Inbound payments are now processing as expected. - Users may not be able to Make A Payment (MAP), affected transactions will show as 'pending' Further updates will be provided on this page when made available.

    Our Financial Institution has advised that the issue has been resolved and all impacted services/systems have been restored. Newly created NPP Outbound MAP payments are processing as expected. We continue to work with them through the backlog and merchants with delayed transactions have been contacted individually. An update on the 'pending' Outbound MAP payments will be provided within an hour's time.
