Earlier today, a power outage affected our Meppel data center where the Acronis Cyber infrastructure is hosted. All systems have been successfully restored. At this time, services may still be slower than usual as the system processes missed backups and performs data verification. Backup operations may also take longer than normal due to the increased load. Customers may receive notifications about failed backups. These messages can be cleared by logging into the Acronis portal and acknowledging the notification. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates if necessary.
