  1. identified Nov 20, 2025, 06:31 PM UTC

Our engineers are currently investigating our Outlook Add-in as we've received reports of email tracking not functioning within the desktop version of Outlook, specifically from users on Mac computers. As soon as they have any updates and/or a fix, we'll be sure to notify all impacted users. For the time being, we recommend using the web version of Outlook (https://outlook.office365.com) as this is functioning normally and should allow users to send tracked emails as they normally would. Emails sent by Mac-based users through Yesware's Campaign feature should be unaffected.

  2. resolved Nov 24, 2025, 11:30 AM UTC

Our engineers have successfully deployed a fix, which should eliminate any previously encountered issues tracking emails sent through the desktop version of Outlook while on Mac computers. Users may need to close out and reopen the Outlook application in order for this change to take effect.

  1. investigating Oct 29, 2025, 07:12 PM UTC

At this time, Outlook-based users are experiencing issues with their Yesware Add-in failing to load its sidebar and perform other normal functions. These issues come as the result of Microsoft outages for Azure and O365 services, which impact Add-ins including but not limited to Yesware. Our engineers are reviewing backend systems to ensure everything is as needed for the sidebar to load correctly once Microsoft has corrected for the reported outages on their end.

  2. monitoring Oct 29, 2025, 07:12 PM UTC

Microsoft has announced a fix has been deployed by their team in order to address the recent outage impacting Yesware and other services within Outlook. As the deployment progresses, Yesware users may begin to witness their sidebar functioning as expected. We will update all impacted users once we fully believe there should be no further issues accessing the Yesware Add-in within Outlook altogether.
