    We are currently experiencing an issue where recipient engagement events (email opens, link clicks, attachment opens) are failing to display on users' Personal Tracking Reports. The team is actively working on finding a resolution, and we will provide an update once we have more information.

    Users' engagement data for tracked emails should now display as expected on their Personal Tracking Reports. Emails that were tracked before and during yesterday's incident will have collected all events (email opens, link clicks, etc.) during this time as they otherwise normally would have.
