We will be pushing updates to our website on Friday 26th, June 2026 from 8PM CDT onwards. Please note that services may be disrupted during this time. The following changes are being released: 1. Release of the new Account Management Dashboard that enable school admins to manage their users and permissions. Only admin users will have access to this website through a newly added menu option on YellowFolder. 2. The resources page will be replaced with access to our Ticketing portal that now hosts our updated Knowledge base. 3. Tools version 5.x.x will no longer be available for download. 4. Fixes to a download issue that was happening when clicking the green download button. Thank you very much for your patience.

We are scheduling a maintenance window on Thursday, 14th May 2026, evening from 9PM CDT to push some changes to our website. The following are the changes being pushed out. 1. Adding back the Alphabet mode in the TreeView for Employee Records 2. Fixing issues of auto selection when viewing files 3. Fixing incorrect recycle/restore icons 4. A maintenance window has been scheduled to perform updates to our website beginning at 9PM CDT on Friday, 17th April 2026. - The following highlights the main features getting updated: - Making adjustments to the naming of Record Series abbreviations, - Any user can have access to the Recycle Bin- Trash Doctype provided they have permission to access it. It is not restricted to the RSA anymore. - Users can restore documents to where they originally came from - Fixes to back end OCRing of non-pdf uploads made through the new Drag and Drop upload tool. - Link to a resource in the resources section fixed - User interface adjustments targeting WCAG 2 compliance - Improvements to results that advanced search produces All services may be affected during this time. We will be updating our services on Tuesday, 25th November 2025 from 7pm CST onwards. The following updates will be performed. - Introduction of a new drag and drop feature where users can now drag and drop files directly into a student's document type folder, provided they have edit permissions. - Process realignment where users now don't have to wait for documents to finish OCRing before they get classified. OCR will instead be performed on documents once their filing has been completed. - An option to download documents in their original format is now available. This is will mainly be for more recent documents that have been uploaded via the YellowFolder Droplet, Virtual Printer or Scan and Upload. All services will be affected during this time. We appreciate your patience. NOTE: Prior to accessing our website after updates, we recommend clearing all time cache for the changes reflect properly.
