We will be updating our services on Tuesday, 25th November 2025 from 7pm CST onwards. The following updates will be performed. - Introduction of a new drag and drop feature where users can now drag and drop files directly into a student's document type folder, provided they have edit permissions. - Process realignment where users now don't have to wait for documents to finish OCRing before they get classified. OCR will instead be performed on documents once their filing has been completed. - An option to download documents in their original format is now available. This is will mainly be for more recent documents that have been uploaded via the YellowFolder Droplet, Virtual Printer or Scan and Upload. All services will be affected during this time. We appreciate your patience. NOTE: Prior to accessing our website after updates, we recommend clearing all time cache for the changes reflect properly.
