    Collect forms that have conditionals are triggering errors when a candidate tries to submit. Hidden fields are included on the form instead of being excluded and therefore required and hidden fields trigger validations.

    A fix has been identified for this issue. Yello developers are currently working to deploy this fix as soon as possible. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

    This issue is resolved. A fix has been deployed to UAT and Production. Collect forms are now responding as expected.
