Users are currently receiving a "Sorry" message when trying to access Live Video Interviews. This may be affecting most/all interviews. Yello engineers are investigating the issue and will be releasing a fix as soon as possible. Updates will be provided when next available.

Engineers are currently testing a fix in our development environment. Once it passes qa we will release the fix to US servers, then EU servers. Updates will be provided as soon as they are available.

A fix has been deployed to US Servers and we have confirmed Live Video Interviews are now working as expected. We are now working to deploy the fix to EU servers. An update will be provided as soon as it is available.
