    On Wednesday, September 15, 2021 between the hours of 7:45 - 8:05 am Central Time we experienced a brief outage due to slow response times. These slow response times occurred as a result of an increase of activity in one of our client sites that impacted the load times of other sites in our Yello Enterprise production environment. The total affected time was 20 minutes. The site was partially reachable during that time, but there was certainly an outage. Service was restored quickly that morning and our engineers are working to prevent this from occurring again.
