    Users are unable to submit collect forms, receive "Oops" message when trying to submit. Our engineers have identified the issue and will be deploying a fix to revert to the old version of forms shortly.

    Users are now able to resume using the event registration links (tiny URL) and collect forms on Yello Pro, used for candidates to create profiles at events. Users will still experience an error message when using the QR codes at this time. Our engineers have identified an issue and will deploy a fix shortly and we will provide an update

    We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
