Collect Forms unable to submit, receive "Oops!" error message
Yello experienced a major incident on September 27, 2021 affecting Yello Enterprise Production - US and Yello Enterprise Production - EU, lasting 11h 55m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Users are unable to submit collect forms, receive "Oops" message when trying to submit. Our engineers have identified the issue and will be deploying a fix to revert to the old version of forms shortly.

Users are now able to resume using the event registration links (tiny URL) and collect forms on Yello Pro, used for candidates to create profiles at events. Users will still experience an error message when using the QR codes at this time. Our engineers have identified an issue and will deploy a fix shortly and we will provide an update
