- investigating Aug 02, 2022, 06:35 PM UTC
We are aware of issues accessing sites that are hosted in our Yello Enterprise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment. Our monitoring indicates the environment is not down and we have had intermittent success accessing sites, but most attempts to access it are failing. We are actively working to identify the root cause of the issue and will post updates as we have them. Our Yello Enterprise Production environment is unaffected and is fully operational.
- monitoring Aug 02, 2022, 09:31 PM UTC
We are no longer observing the issues accessing sites that are hosted in our Yello Enterprise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment. We are continuing to monitor the situation. If you do encounter issues accessing a site in the UAT environment, please contact [email protected].

The issue has been resolved. For a time yesterday, the Yello Enterprise (YE) application instances within the UAT environment were unable to access necessary information in the database which prevented users from being able to sign in. We were able to correct the issue and restart the UAT application instances so that users could access them again. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this, so as to prevent it from reoccurring in the future.
