    On Wednesday, August 31, 2022 between 2:47 pm-3:09 pm Central Time and Thursday, September 1, 2022 between 2:36 pm-2:45 pm Central Time Yello Enterprise experienced intensive CPU and Memory usage from some unanticipated, complex user scenarios. The site was partially reachable during the affected times, but users certainly would have noticed sluggish performance and some might have encountered errors and had trouble accessing the system, both via the Yello Enterprise web application and the Yello Pro mobile app. We have added additional server resources and are working on a long term patch. We are being extremely cautious in deploying patches of this nature during such a busy time for all customers. We will continue to monitor this closely and assess further as needed.
