    Beginning at 6PM CST on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 through 2:05PM CST on Thursday, January 5 there was an error occurring that resulted in a small percentage of email messages not being sent from Yello Enterprise. Most messages during that time period were unaffected and we are working to send the messages that were not sent during that time period. All email messages sent after 2:05PM CST today have been sent successfully. We have updated our monitoring to catch this situation in the future and we are actively working to identify the root cause of the issue.

    We identified and have sent the email messages that had not been sent during the affected period. The affected email messages represented only 2% of the email traffic from the period in which the error was occurring.
