    We are currently observing errors in some document conversion processes. The errors appear to be limited to .doc and .docx files. The impact is that the affected documents do not load in preview mode. The documents are in the system and can be viewed by downloading them. We are investigating.

    We have not observed errors in the document conversion process since about 9pm CT last night (6/9). We plan to re-run the conversions that failed. In the meantime, the affected .doc and .docx files can be viewed by downloading them. We will continue to monitor the situation.

    Over the weekend we observed additional errors in the document conversion process and only some of the failed conversions we re-ran succeeded. We are continuing to investigate. Again, the documents are making it into the system without issue and can be viewed when downloaded.
