[Yello Enterprise] Document validation not working properly on some collect forms
Yello experienced a minor incident on October 4, 2023 affecting Yello Enterprise Production - US and Yello Government Recruiting Solutions (YGRS) Production and 1 more component, lasting 4h 19m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

[Yello Enterprise] Document validation is currently not working properly for clients who do not have the new collect form experience toggled on; if a collect form has “Document Upload” marked as required, candidates will encounter an error when trying to submit the form. If the document upload is not marked as required, the form will successfully submit, but the document will not attach to the candidate profile. We are urgently working on the issue and will post updates as we have them. Yello Sourcing is not affected by this.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

The issue with document validation has been resolved. All collect forms are now functioning as expected. During this incident, any collect forms that included “Document Upload” fields without the new collect form experience (“Document Upload” at the top of the page) that were submitted would not have carried over any resumes that were uploaded to the candidate profile. We are working to identify any clients whom this impacts and will work with your CSM to send a follow-up with suggestions on how to rectify this.
