Update timeline

  1. investigating Nov 02, 2023, 03:41 PM UTC

In our Yello Government Recruiting Solution (YGRS) environment, QR codes are currently not functioning as expected. When scanning a QR code, users are taken to a login screen instead of the desired collect form. Our engineers have identified the issue and are urgently working to resolve the issue. Note that QR codes are working as expected in our other Yello Enterprise environments.

  2. investigating Nov 02, 2023, 03:44 PM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will post another update within the hour.

  3. identified Nov 02, 2023, 04:07 PM UTC

Our team has identified a solution and we are beginning testing to verify this solution before deploying.

  4. identified Nov 02, 2023, 06:44 PM UTC

Further investigation while testing the solution revealed that all collect forms in YGRS sites are facing this issue, not only those accessed via an QR code. The solution is being deployed presently and will address all scenarios.

  5. resolved Nov 02, 2023, 07:33 PM UTC

This issue has been resolved. Collect Forms in YGRS sites now load instead of routing to a login page. If still routed to a login page, first try clearing your browser’s cache and try the collect form again. If the issue persists after that, please contact us at [email protected]. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to address the issue.
