TinyURL, the third-party service Yello Enterprise uses to shorten event registration links, has been experiencing some issues over the past 24 hours, which appear to be continuing and intermittent. For those accessing a shortened URL from Yello Enterprise, if it does not work, please try again. For those who encounter an error message when setting up an external registration link, please contact [email protected] and we can temporarily turn off the URL shortener.

The issues with the third-party service, TinyURL, continue. Again, if you are running into errors creating external registration links, please contact Support and we can temporarily turn off the URL shortener setting. These errors may also be encountered when duplicating an event that includes an external registration link that has a shortened URL configured.

TinyURL, the third-party service Yello Enterprise uses to shorten event registration links, has resolved the issues with the service. At this point, accessing and creating those shortened links are working without issue. If you experience otherwise, please contact [email protected].
