There was an issue with the scheduler that handles processing background jobs (such as ATS integration imports and exports, calendar syncs, etc) for Yello Enterprise (US) this weekend. No files or data have been lost, but there is a delay in file processing. We expect all of the background jobs to be caught up in the next 24 hours. We have added additional monitoring to detect this scenario going forward. Thank you for your patience. Note that Yello Enterprise (EU), Yello Government Recruiting Solutions, and Yello Sourcing have not been impacted by this.
