Dear Valued Customers, We would like to sincerely apologize for the incorrect status that was displayed on our status page. Since midnight WIB (Western Indonesia Time / Jakarta time) on June 17, 2026, several API products were incorrectly shown as "Under Maintenance" when they were, in fact, fully operational throughout this period. Clarification: - The "Under Maintenance" status displayed for the affected API products was an error on our end and did not reflect the actual state of our services. - All affected API products have been operational without any disruption during this period. - No transactions were impacted as a result of this incorrect announcement. We have since corrected the status page to accurately reflect the operational state of all API products. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or unnecessary concern this may have caused.
