Dear Customers We have experienced intermittent disruptions with our BNI VA integration from 4/5/26 to 6/5/26. At this time, there is no ongoing disruption. However, merchants are advised to avoid BNI VAs until this issue is fully resolved. We are monitoring the situation closely and working closely with our partner to resolve the situation as soon as possible. However, no root cause is available as yet.
