    We are currently investigating an upstream network routing issue affecting a rDNS lookups on a subset of IP addresses within our Central US region. Impact: Some customers may experience potential delays or failures in reverse DNS (rDNS) resolution in our Central US region. Current Status: This issue appears to be related to a routing problem with one of our upstream providers. All other services and network functionality remain operational. Our team is actively working with the upstream provider to investigate and resolve the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available or once resolution progress is confirmed.
