    Due to an ongoing AWS issue (which can be monitored at https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status), there is a significant portion of Wufoo users that cannot access the site (i.e. encountering 500 error).

    We are currently investigating the issue. The workaround would be to temporarily revert to the Legacy version by going to the Users tab, unchecking the box that says 'Use the new experience' and then clicking 'save'. From there you can retry duplicating your desired forms.

    We experienced a few hiccups with redirects and form submissions. When responding to a form respondents experienced a blank page rather than the expected "thank you" confirmation page or configured form redirect. For single page forms the response would still be collected, integrations triggered and emails notifications delivered. The issue prevented respondents from being redirect to complete a signature or payment. For multiple page forms, the submission would be interrupted after the first page. Respondents would see a blank page but the partial response was collected.

    Due to issues outside of our control, support for the PayPal Website Payments Pro integration has since been removed.
