    We have identified an issue outside of our network where certain ISPs are no longer routing traffic to our servers. We are working with those vendors to resolve as quickly as possible, however this is dependent upon those ISPs to resolve.

    We have rotated our external IP address (new IP is 75.98.93.74, previously 75.98.93.66, if you need to update firewalls) and traffic has been restored from most affected ISPs. We will continue to work with those vendors to determine how this happened and how we can work with them to prevent future incidents.

    We have had no further reports of connectivity issues since rotating our IP.
