Some customers may experience slower uploads when adding new images or banners (such as signature images/logo or banners, company details logo, or employee profiles images). This is due to a temporary slowdown with our image upload partner. The issue has been identified on their side, and a fix is already in progress. We are closely monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as performance returns to normal. This will not prevent you from sending emails with your signature and the images already added to it.
