Between approximately 15:15 UTC on May 28 and 09:38 UTC on May 31, a backend configuration caused a temporary pause in the Analytics and Campaigns charts, meaning signature impressions and campaign view counts on your dashboard may not have been registered in real-time during those few days. Email signature delivery was not affected. Signatures continued to render and track normally throughout this period. The issue was resolved on May 31. Live reporting is functioning normally, and we’ve already implemented extra monitoring to ensure your dashboard views stay seamless moving forward.
