Wisely experienced a minor incident on September 11, 2025 affecting Wisely Host iPad App (iOS) and Wisely Dashboard (Web) and 1 more component, lasting 58m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating an issue which may lead to inaccurate table status updates in the Host application. We will provide further updates as they become available.

The interruption in service has been resolved. Our Engineers are actively monitoring all systems and we will provide one final notice to confirm service for all Wisely users has been fully restored. As a result of this issue some old POS ticket data will be ingested which may update table statuses in an unexpected way. These statuses will be corrected once new data for individual tables is received via POS or Host app updates.
