    Wisely is currently experiencing an interruption in service and some users are unable to fully utilize the system. Our Engineers are currently investigating and we will continue to provide frequent updates until resolved. We understand this issue may ruffle some feathers—thank you for your patience while we work on a quick resolution.

    The interruption in service remains resolved and our Engineers continue to closely monitor. We have isolated the root cause to be an upstream issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Wisely has implemented optimizations to mitigate the impact of this event.
