SendGrid's Engineers are currently monitoring issues impacting their customers, including Wisely Marketing Automation clients. The current customer impact includes site errors, latency, and mail send delays for Legacy Marketing Campaigns. Customers may experience intermittent issues with accessing certain sections of new Marketing Campaigns via the UI or API. There are also delays for SMTP and API mail sent. We are monitoring their status page for confirmation that service has been fully restored and will provide one final notice to confirm that service for Wisely users has been restored.
